Sorry i'm not a girl, but if your parents bring it up, why not suggest that a leotard is pretty much the same kind of clothing that a unitard is (it was invented by a guy too...for guys!!!).  As for the reaction of your girl friends, that will depend on how open-minded they are. Some might love it, some might think it's crazy.  Personally, i think itd be cool just to see guys wearing less baggy clothes for once
