When you and your Mum are alone tell her you want her to look at this message board. Tell her it is important to you. That will get her attention! Tell her to read your first message and then have her read the advice that Steve and the others have given. After that, you and she should be able to talk about this subject without either of you feeling weird about it. If ballet is something you really want to do, you and should give yourself a chance. Sometimes in life you get only one chance at something special. But often we don't realize this until we are too old to take that chance.
