A good brand is Capezio and I don't know if they have yet included instuctions on how to wear one. You definetly want to wear your equipment straight up with nothing between your legs. The dancebelt should be pulled up nice and snug. This supporter is usually mandatory as it protects your "area" from being between your legs during certain moves.
