And I assume you've had additional contact with this Olivia person, or otherwise you're making a pretty hefty presumption. If you've HAD additional contact, then perhaps you know if she was to be similarly assaulted if she lost this "bet", or would that be too upsetting for hypocritical minds? (Not that I'd endorse that, either.) And if he really enjoys being hurt there, why would that be the penalty for losing a bet? Wouldn't that be a "reward" for winning one? Your ex really didn't mind? Or was he just another guy trained to "take it like a man" as we tell every male in society to tolerate being abused? How about this other person whose testicles you flicked (and boasted about how much you were able to hurt him)? And the 12-year-old boy you kicked there just to satisfy your own curiosity? I guess they didn't mind, either, huh?

as for shawn or should i say bruce, he is in need of some serious mental treatment.

im not the only one who stands by my statement. the people who were originally mentioned in the post on my site stand by what i have said. in fact yarbles, the guy who was kicked in the balls by olivia is the one who actually called up shawn and told him to leave me alone. so perhaps in the future you might like to talk to the people involved in the situation before you start going off on some rant and accusing them of things that you really have no business sticking your nose into in the first place.

As you can see, Izabela herself confessed to kicking 2 males in the testicles & flicking one male in the testicles. Now on her website she said she kicked 2 males, her ex & another boy both when she was 12, so she has lied either at her site or in the conversation she had with me. Anyway, she has made numerous threats to me & my family & she got a 35 year old male who is mentally challenged & she manipulated him into phoning my house 5 times to do her 'dirty work' for her, shows how much she thinks of men & what she does to them.

As well you shouldn't, but hurting him there was still disproportionate to what he had done. It's acceptable for someone (male or female) to use self-defense if someone else (male or female) is trying to attack/rape/hurt him or her. in my head kicking him would make him stop. and it did. i could have just as easily punched him, or done something else. in my opinion if the boy hadnt touched me, i wouldnt have kicked him as im sure he didnt want me to do that either. i think that he and i are even, and he never touched me again. perhaps at that age i should have known better than to kick someone, but he also should have known better than to touch someone like that.

my ex i cant even remember what this was over, if you had read the chat that was copied, you would have noticed that i really didnt mean to get him in the groin. this one was an accident. either way he was my bf at the time and he didnt break up with me over it nor did he have me charged. i apoligised and he forgave me. so once again i dont see what your problem is here.

Did you know that you're not even supposed to kick a person in the LEG while arguing with him or her? That's like me saying I was having a screaming match with someone and I meant to punch her in the arm but instead I missed and struck her breast (and, no, I'm not getting off by discussing this...I'm being quite sincere). You would probably say, "You're not supposed to punch her in the arm, either!" and you would be correct.

And, again, on your site, you didn't mention apologizing to him or him forgiving you. "Olivia" said that she bet that even though it was an accident that you probably felt "glad afterwards" and you said yes, that you were pretty annoyed. I just want you to imagine if you stumbled upon a website with two males being this cavalier and joking--"hehe's" and smiley emoticons and all--about hurting girls/women.

the boy i flicked shawn has a problem with this boy, yet he himself admitted to me while we were chatting that he flicks his own testicles because it turns him on. i REALLY DIDNT need to know that much about him, but doesnt that make him a bit of hypocrite. anyways.. actually you'll get a kick out of this... that isnt just my site. i share it with a boy called kuba. he is the boy that i flicked. lol. i tell him im going to flick him when he annoys me and he says he'll pinch my boob, or flick me back if i do. i dont think that either of us have a problem with this arrangment.

yarbles and olivia (or livvy as yarbles refers to her) yeah this is an odd one... this was a bet that if olivia could find 51 women that had kicked guys in the balls then she could kick yarbles in the balls. both yarbles and olivia agreed to this. i dont see a problem here. yarbles agreed that olivia could kick him if she found the 51 women.

And I'll part company with Shawn here and express enough faith in the Australian people to guess that "Olivia" was being rather liberal and loose with her sampling techniques. It would NOT speak well of a nation to note that more than 75% of Australian women have sexually assaulted males--and, make no mistake, that's what kicking a man's testicles amounts to. A woman in the USA stands to receive up to 40 years in prison for doing exactly that.

why is she sick? this is something that was between them and neither of them had a problem with the arrangement. yarbles once told me that he wouldnt mind if i kicked in the groin either.

Being an anti-abuse (of both men AND women) advocate, I'm well aware from research that there are men who actually enjoy being hurt in the most private area. In a world with more than six billion people, I'm sure there are also women who enjoy being tortured in the vaginal area--as messed up as that is. I don't have a problem with it if it's 100% consensual, but, once again, you failed to mention this on your public website...

so there you go. what your problem is? i dont know. you make me out to be some kind of person that hunts men down at night and kicks in the groin until they hit the ground. its far from it. perhaps next time you could get a little more details about the issue before you start advertising for a group of people come and get me.

What all of this amounts to is that your website was found via search engine, and what was found was a conversation you had in which you both bragged and laughed and joked about hurting males there. No mention was made of remorse or compassion. No mention was made of the "bet" they had as being some sort of consensual sexual game (especially since they're "exes")--in fact, you even asked if he was getting "worried" and she said that he's "very worried".

The litmus test for all of this is to reverse the genders and ask oneself if it would be acceptable then. Part of the problem is that there are too many women who'd cry "sexual assault" if a man told a ribald joke, but wouldn't consider it sexual assault if a woman hurt a man in the groin, since they consider men's bodies to be public domain. Now, be honest. If you heard of two young men speaking this way about women...of one having a bet with his ex-girlfriend whereupon if he won he would get to "kick her in the clit" (doesn't even sound nice, does it?), then what would your reaction be? Amusement? I doubt it. I can't help but feel that you'd be furious and would want to do something about it. So would I.

So, if you're expecting me to apologize for reporting you, then I suggest you put on a fresh pot of coffee, because you have a long wait ahead of you. I shall continue to seek out examples of abuse and to take action against those who commit it, especially with the unrepentant attitude you both displayed on your website.
