>>When I was a boy, my mom took me to ballet classes, and I wore pink tights and a pale blue leotard, with an attached skirt. It was so embarrassing.    Also my hair was tied back in a bun like the girls.>>In the winter, I wore a pink crossover.  Most of the mothers thought I looked just like one of the girls, which I hated at the time.  >>Has any one else had any similar experiences?>>Robert>Dear Robert,>My parents were divorsed and my father lived far away. My mother also took me to ballet at an early age.I had to wear a black leotard, and pink tights. I had very curly hair and my mother let it get long, and I was raised as a sort of little girl during my formative years,>Alani onily live with my aunty and she had me strart ballet this year.  i was rely shy about the tights and leotard but aunty has me wear them aroun the house alot an i am geting used 2 it.  She sayd color doesnt matter but i gues pink can b for boys 2.  aunty doesnt like boys alot i think but we r getting along 2gether prety good now.  i get white tights and a black color leotard for ballet lessons im the onlily boy in it i gues.  at our school anyway. iv found out that tights r ok for some things tho like 2 keep legs warm when it cool outside.  aunty says lots of boys wear tights under ther cloths so its ok i guess.
