I usually have to try on several pairs before I find ones that suit me. Every pair is hand made and so they are all very different and it is so important that dance slippers fit just right. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop and try on the shoes before buying. >You shouldn't have any problems buy your pointe shoes over the Internet as just about every major manufacture and retail dancewear outlet now has an online website for shopping. You can send them an outline of your foot and they will almost always send you pointe shoes that fit. Unless you're a serious dancer, thhe fit can be somewhat off and yet you'll still be able to get up on pointe and enjoy the great sensation of being en pointe! I would suggest going to Sansha USA http://www.sansha.com/sansha/usa.html They have pointe shoe sizes for both men and women.
