More tights in comics!

>>>Ranma 1/2: A hilarious series about a teenage martial arts expert under a curse-when he gets wet, he turns into a girl (hot water changes him back, getting dry doesn't). This of course gets him into lots of trouble, especially when, for example, his adversary catches him after an accidental swim (happens to Ranma a lot, as you might guess) and falls head over heels...Anyway, one story features a competition in "combat gymnastics" (yep) which Ranma is obliged to enter as a girl (Volume 2), and another involves "Combat figure skating" (Volume 3). My fave character thus far is a girl named Ukkyo, who's martial art involves whacking people a giant spatula, and who's wardrobe consists of a hip-height kimono and black tights. >>>Maison Ikkoku: One of my all-time faves (and frankly, the only Manga I spare the time for these days-I love the story) about a young student and his constantly-thwarted love affair with the landlady of his apartment building. Plenty of sexy stuff, but the best is a story titled "No Peeking" (in the graphic novel "Good Housekeeping") in which the landlady and one of the other tenants buy and try on leotards, while the poor student tries (with wacky results) to get a peek.>>>I'm not working for anybody here, but both of these truly loverly works of sequential art are available (in english!) from Viz Comics.-Depon

>>>P.S. No wonder the characters' eyes are so large!
