>>>>Dumb movies? Rid, you is speakin' my language! I love bad movies as much as I love wearing tights! "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" is classic weirdo moviemaking, and the tights are indeed all over the screen. Your taste, as usual, is unimpeachable. However, being a dedicated student of Cinema Malo, I must correct Your Most High Green Evilness on one minor point. NO STARS? See that little martian girl? That, my man, is none other than PIA ZADORA! No kiddink! Her first movie! (Unfortunately, not also her last. You ever see "The Lonely Lady?" Yecccch!)-Depon>>>>P.S. Consider yourself an icon, BTW. I can't put on a pair of green tights without thinking of Y'all. The absolute coolest TV Batman villain, in my opinion. Frank Gorshin was almost too cool for that most cool series...  Yes Dear Depon, I was aware that young Donna Conforti grew up to be Pia Zadora, but at the time of the movies release, she was just another unknown kid. So Technically my statement of the film having "No stars" was correct. I owe a lot to Frank Gorshin, for it was he who transformed me into a young kid who liked to wear tights and leotards into an evil villain in tights and leotards. Though I personally liked John Astin's portrayal of The Riddler. Astin played the part as a cold, calculating fiend in green tights and a leotard. Jim Carrey in his great green unitard didn't do much for me. So I guess that Frank Gorshin will always be my hero.
