As I start climaxing, I lift the waistband up so I don't get them soaked. It's a real trick to do in a unitard, but I've got it down pat (lifting the lycra away as I slip my arms out). Only seldom do I get a wet spot. ;-) I once had a wet dream without even wearing them. I was lying on my stomach on top of very rich soft cotton sheets (pillow top mattress) and the feeling was somewhat tights-like. In my dream, I'm fully encased in a red unitard and standing in a room by myself. My girlfriend and my mother are talking in the next room and it sounds like they're heading my way.
