Somehow society lets (or even encourages!!) girls wear pants, work boots and other exclusively male items without fear of riducle. But let us guys (straight, gay or whatever) show a fondness for "Unisex" item like tights and leotards, and it's "stay clear of that pervert!!" When will we be ccepted????? Now every young kid I see is peirced or tattooed. It is so strange how some things are accepted, and other thing will never be accepted. Our best shotfor being accepted was during the aerobics craze of the mid to late 1980's when literally everybody was wrapped up in as much tights, leotards and unitards as possible. But even then men were still not allowed to walk down Main St. USA in a leotard and tights. I guess that our non acceptance makes what we do more erotic. The best time was the early-to-mid 80's (when punk was really chargin' along). You'd often see guys wearing cutoffs and fishnets, or plaid tights.
