I look back with fondness to the time when everyone, men, women and even kids were all wearing Lycra Spandex tights, leotards and unitards!!! I used to love going to the local gym, and just drool over the dozens of female bodies totally covered in brightly colored lycra Spandex outfits. Why has everyone abandoned those glorious outfits????? >>>The 80's were like paradise, tights-wise! Yeah, Lycra was all over the place (and all over me, once I moved out of the tar pit they call Long Island!), but let us not forget the second-best thing about the whole new wave phenomenon, and that's that girls and guys got a lot more creative clothing-wise, and tights were THE RULE for looking hip for all girls, and even some guys! >>>However, I think patience will be rewarded, and the 80's will have their day in the sun again. Know how I know? Because if designer jeans and platforms can become hip again (truly, why would any young woman wear unsafe, uncomfortable shoes that take something as sexy as the female foot and transform it into a HOOF?) clothes of the kind that gave me neck injuries in college have GOT to return to style!-Depon Answers to this message:
