Sorry to hear about your c0mputer troubles.  Hope you either get it fixed or obtain a new one.  Fortunately c0mputers have bec0me rather cheap these days... you can get a decent "web ready" unit for around $600, and decent used ones for half that.

Meditating eh?  Cool!  Any particular books/videos you've been using?

I'm getting into stretching more, my own variation.  I also bought a yoga DVD that I haven't tried out just yet (want to be flexible enough before starting so that I don't feel too out of shape).  I'm also struggling with my personal philosophy on life... been reading a lot lately and it has me thinking too much about the world, us crazy humans in it, and whether there is any hope for us intelligent savages.  I'm losing my optimism about the longevity of the USA...

In the meanwhile, trying to remember that it is best to focus on what you CAN fix, not what you CAN'T.  But of course, the problem that follows is to find that fine line...  "In every great revolution, there is one man (person) with a vision!"
