This guy Take [Teik] is a pretty gifted artist who has a passion for girls wearing tights. He's got an amazing gallery of artwork. Because he's Japanese, you can see some "anime" style in the faces. Overall, he's pretty tasteful and avoids the vulgar. There are only a few "R" rated pics, but again I think they're well done. He really captures a few great themes around tights-wearing, from the shy innocent girl that's kind of embarrassed to the sexually charged mature woman clearly enjoying what she's wearing.
