how do I do it? Well after a day of working out at my portable ballet barre, I usually just go to my shower at set the water temp to a moderate level and after removing my Pointe shoes I step inside it and thoroughly soak my leotard and tights using a very mild soap like "Ivory" brand. I get just enough soap on them, then I thoroughly rinse them out, then I take them off and continue to shower myself for a bit longer. I then hang my tights and leotard on the curtain rod to let them dry. By the following morning, they're all set for yet another rigorous ballet work out.
