written by ballestra at on 16.03. at 04:40:44 *sniff* I'm too tall for Wolfords it seems. Most of their opaque stuff is capped at 5'8" or 5'10", while I'm 6' and 195lbs. Recently I was keeping an eye on the house of a friend, who has a wife that is passionate about legwear. This woman is my dream! She loves wearing tights. Her husband, my buddy, could really care less. Anyway she has this closet shrine to tights and pantyhose. I walk in it and feel like a kid being caught in a candy store. Shes 5'8" and at a muscular 150lbs--prime body for those Wolfords. I have touched them and they're delicious! I couldn't get up enough nerve to try them on, though. But it looks to me like I would stretch the hell out of them. Did not want to chance that. If they ever found out I'd be in a deep dung hole. Would it be a waste to try getting Velvet De Luxe 66's in XL size? Do they have any give in them to take in my manly size or would they be stretched as thin as pantyhose? There's also a Mat Opaque 80 that looks fantastic, but all I can find for online ordering places is in Europe and they wield hefty shipping charges due to that God awful exchange rate. Wolford also came out with "Velvet Mega Tights" a few years back. Very hard to find. And unfortunatley, no XL size. But imagine that fantastic Wolford quality captivated in 110 denier!! Ah those torturous Austrians churning out top shelf tights but lacking any appreciation for the tall woman and 'tights men'. Answers to this message:
