I know what you mean as the one I got is about one inch too long for my preference.  If I get another one you can bet I will give shorter measurements.

MStevens was my first unitard brand & is still probably my all time favourite.  Milliskin fabric?  A category all by itself.  I never found it to be too thick and in fact I wouldn't mind it being a little thicker.  But nothing feels as slick and sensual as Milliskin.  It is too bad that MStevens does not do more style variations on their unitards.  You are stuck with scoop necks.  Also their pattern for tights is weird as the outer seam from the foot goes up a few inches.  What's with that??

Baltogs has good variations but their zippers are inferior and uncomfortable when pressed against the skin.  Bah!

Baseball and ballet wear, heh, now that's an interesting one!  LOL!!
