I had one girl peel my grabbing hands off of her, place them righ underneath her ribs and slap them there.

A ballet teacher told me to cup my hands like a paddle, which, of course, is no fun at all!

Just a note, Neve Campbell had her ribs broken in a lift at the beginning of the filming of her movie "The Company," so it can't be that much fun for the girls either.

One last thing for the older guys out there. A much older gentlemen than me was a much more popular partnerer in my class, the girls actually ran to him when it was time to partner (and he was a bigger beginner than I was).
