So, if it's okay with your dance teacher, you can start. However, you can't buy pointe shoes without having them professionally sized, so go to a local dance shop. Then, when you know the size and make of the pointe shoes that fit your foot best, you can go to www.ebay.com or www.discountdance.com to order them cheaply.
