Basically a leotard and tights or a form fitting shirt and tights and tap shoes and jazz shoes (Capezio Dansneaker highly recomended) By the way I am 22 years old. I bought a black thong leotard and a black form fitting dance shirt. As far as the tights go I have a question. There are three colors of tights I can choose from: black, grey, or suntan. I bought the suntan CAPEZIO 10and a pair of DANSKIN ULTRA SHIMMERY in toast. I have never seen a male wearing these colors in a performance or for pratice like I am doing. My class starts Wednesday Nov.17th if I wear these suntan tights in class do you think the instructor or any of the girls will laugh or make fun of me because it looks like I have on pantyhose even though they are not? These tights do look like pantyhose because they are a brown/flesh color like hose are.What do you think, do any male dancers in your current class or past classes wear suntan, beige, flesh, skin tone, nude, copper etc. I f so what is your reaction?
