There are lots of places on the web.  www.nydancewear.com (or info@nydancewear.com) has a large selection of men's dancewear.  There's www.backbaydancewear.com.  There's www.saksmovingwear.com.  I've never tried them, but they're supposed to be good: www.discountdancewear.com.  Also, I was impressed by www.riversedgedancewear.com/menbybaltog.html.

You asked about long sleeve turtle neck unitards in white of 100% nylon.  I doubt you'll find 100% nylon unitards anywhere, cause most of the dancewear is made of lycra nowadays. Lycra retains it shape better than nylon.  Also, I know of long sleeve unitards that zip up the back, with the neckline tight to the base of the neck (Baltogs makes these; I have a few.), but I don't know if you'll readily find these unitards with a turtle neck.  The option for your perforance would be white tights with a long sleeved turtle neck leotard over the tights.

One big suggestion: Have the guys pitch in the money to buy their own unitards.  Tell them that dancewear is like underwear, it's "personal" and it can't be returned, so that after they've worn them they can take them home. (You probably don't want to build up a costume inventory!)

One MAJOR BIG suggestion: Make sure the guys buy DANCEBELTS, in tan or beige or nude color, to wear under the unitard.  Dancebelts are designed so that there's minimal show-through, and the tan/beige/nude color will show through the least with a white unitard.  A WHITE dancebelt, underwear, thong or jockstrap will show through especially and embarassingly well under a white unitard or tights.

The dancebelt has another purpose....so that your boys will not give the audience an "anatomy" lesson.  The dancebelt will give the support necessary to hold the penis and scrotum up, out of the way, securely in place.  It's also very important that the boys wear their anatomy pointing up-wards towards the belly-button, and that the testicles are pulled up out of the crotch.  The last thing a guy should worry about when he's dressed in tights or a unitard should be the anatomy slipping down and around all-over!

One last thing about wearing the dancebelt...the real-life anatomy of a male cat is such that the penis and scrotum are really not in the crotch area, like human males.  The dancebelt will help smooth-out the human male anatomy so that's it's more like a real male cats anatomy.  I've spent some time in the boys dressing room at the Broadway musical CATS.  These actors were striving for a cetain type of realism in their portrayals, and dressed in dancebelts and unitards.  

If you can get pictures from CATS, you'll see that the costumes are easy to duplicate, and some of the accessories, like leg warmers, can add more character and individualize the cats.  You can also buy fake-fur at most fabric stores to complete the paws, etc.  For a tail, you can use a long, thick cord, like they use to tie back draperies, wrapped around the waist and tied in back, with the cord hanging down for the tail.  Bits of fake-fur on the cord can be used.
