[i]>>it just sounds like your overdoing yourself. try to slow the pace down a little for now untill your body gets more used to doing this. i made that mistake with my ballet classes, taking 7 classes a week wehn i was just starting out, and trust me i hurt. but i cut it back a little bit, and then eased SLOWLY into the number of classes again that i was taking in the beginning. plus, your body needs time to recoop. everytime you have a strenous exercise work out, you break down muscle to a certain extent, hence pulled muscles. give your self a couple of days to relax and not take class or classes, and youll feel better. the pain is telling you something. hope i was of some help!
