[i]i have a 16 year old daughter who just picked up ballet again after a long time of not doing it. she has now put on a lot of weight , around 50lb! she loves ballet and now she has started she just can't stop... but the thing is that my friends have being telling me that she can't get on pointe at all with a weight around 130lb is it true? she'll be so dissapointed! is there anything that i can do to help her loose weight? (she is eating healthy!)
now she has joined a gym to do some aerobics and stuff i'm also thinking aobut pilates..and she is not very tall only around 158cm.
i've been to so many sites looking for answers and no answers so far! so if anyone knows there's something i can do please tell me thankyou!
ps she has ballet 2 times a week!
