I was in Japan andmy teacher, who spoke very little English, said sure why not, she would teachme pointe. The shoes were made by Chacott in Tokyo, and I am sure the shoe makerreally wondered if the shoe request was a big joke. I wore a size men's 12 backthen. I tried it, and I still have those shoes, in my apt. and I look at them onoccaision, and I have alot of respect for any man or woman that can dance pointe.
