As crazy as that sounds I feel like I'm going to be all alone in that class, not only will I know absolutely nothing but I won't have anyone to stand next to at the barre and I'm scared!>What should I do? >Love,>Little Red Riding Hood

hello! don't worry so much! just smile, I bet people will come to talk to you. Plus...During the classes you shouldn't really talk too much, it's all about concentrating on yourself and working on your own body. The first thing beginner has to learn is NOT to care about what the neighbour does! it might be difficult at the beginning. You should concentrate only on yourself and keeping ears open for teacher's advice. After the class you could start asking somebody's opinion about some movement, or then be honest (people like to hear honest things) and say how difficult u felt doing something...it surely breaks the ice and I bet other will think then that you're a nice and open person. Just remember smile!!! good luck :-)
