Hello , I am 38 and have been performing for 8 years now with a local company.This April we are doing "Sleeping Beauty" I too am playing the King. You willlike it. I have done "Carabosse" , the uncle in previous productions. I startedtaking ballet lessons not only for the exercise but see pretty women in tightsand leotards. But to answer your question , just block out the audience just asin rehearsal. The music and watching the other dancers help too. Piece of cake.>and how did you handle the situation.
