All those releves and stuff are to build strength.  But men build strength a LOT faster than women, and adult men build strength even much more faster than girls.  So the exercises that are right for 12-year-old girls may not be needed for you.

Your best approach is to do the ballet technique as best as you can.  And then try to do it in pointe shoes, first at the barre and later in the center.  You will find many subtle problems in your technique.  When you manage to fix those problems, then you will be able to dance en pointe.
