At 45 yrs of age - being the only male in the class I went ofr it.Fantastic experience - very welcoming by the teacher, being the onlymale was daunting but I really enjoyed it. If you start you have to make the commitment - I have booked another 5 lessons. Amazed at howdemanding it was on the arms and legs - the outfit takes some getting usedto but nobody makes an issue.
