>>>First I want to thank everyone for responding to my first post("starting late with out the body") and ebing so supportive and encouraging.  I've looked into classes and I am hopefully starting next monday, anthough I still have to go sign up for classes.  Now that I am abotu to start I need to know what to wear.  For the adult classes there is no dress code for adult classes, but I would liekt o be appropriatly dressed.  what shoudl I wear without looking to overdone, and so I don't feel selfconcious (like what kind of layers can i wear)>>>any advice woudl be great>>>thanks guys!!!>>You should wear a dance belt, a pair of men's black ballet tights, a white tee shirt and a pair of black ballet slippers. Wearing anything else like a leotard, or garishly colored tights would make you stand out. I say, always go with the classic look.>I would wear that, but I'm a girl so I think I would stand out, but thank you for the response

Then, you're in luck, because the sky is the limit as to what you can wear.I have taken classes where the women wear tights and an athletic bra. Or unitards, or leotards and tights. Never seen anyone wear a thong leotard though, but it is possible.
