Ok, the arches are ok, but how to fix my instep?

Here's one more thing maybe you can help me with.  I noticed on some of my  pictures that on certain angle my instep is VERY ugly.  It is very flat, is there a way to make it prettier?  Or you have to be born with it?  Thank you!Catherine
