>You might want to invest in a book called "New York City Ballet Workout." I got it two years ago and it's fantastic! They are mostly stretches and isometric exercises designed to increase flexibility and strength. The book is sectioned off into exercises for the abs, legs, back, etc. Then in the back of the book it gives several mini-regimens using selected exercises. Like, there's a 10 minute workout option if that's all you have time for.

I know that you can buy several videos that can lead you through a ballet exercise, but nothing beats attending a regular dance studio.
