I always wear a thong dance belt under a thong leotard. I think you will appreciate the thickness.I am someone who loves to wear anything lycra. I wear athletic tights and bike shorts to the gym or biking or just around. I think the key is to show confidence when you wear stuff like that and if you show that you are confortable in it then most people won't care at all.
