I haven't done ballet in about 12 yrs. I'd very much like to start again. Well...I am in August at Northern Kentucky University. I don't know how you'd go about reconditioning your body. I'll probably do all the excerises and stretches that I can remember. Maybe you could check out a few books on ballet.
