Seeking an understanding Female ballerina or dance teacher

I am a 32 year old Male living in Peterborough in the United Kingdom. I have never taken real ballet classes and I would like to start, but I would like to dress as a 'girl' while taking classes in a black leotard, pink tights and a chiffon skirt or even a tutu.

I don't mind taken private lessons
