What I've found to be the standard uniform for men/boys is a dance belt, black or white/grey tights, black or white shoes and a t-shirt in black or white.

In fact most schools are rather testy about a man "pushing the envelope" in attire.  There have been some interesting posts on this site and at danceart.com (boy's club and men in dance boards) regarding attire.

I would get the book "100 Lessons in Classical Ballet" by Vera Kostrovitskaya (ISBN 0-87910-068-0) which is the syllabus for The Vaganova Scool and show her the photo on page 344 which shoes their men's class:  Black tights, white shoes, and white t-shirt.
