Re: Whick Ballet Technique is Most Beneficial for an Adult Beginner?

>Hi! What are the actual differences of the Vaganova, RAD, and Cechetti techniques in learning ballet? And which is most advantageous for a adult beginner to learn, which technique of teaching among the three above would be most beneficial for adult student learning considering that adults have less flexible bodies to begin with. I am studying adult ballet for a few months now and am very serious to graduate into pointe after a few years, and go on into getting a teachers course and certificate. But I would like to teach adults only. I love ballet so much! (I'm by the way 29 years old and female). Also, would you recommend pilates class for an adult to increase flexibility and strength alongside ballet training? Thanks a lot.
