Try the places I suggested. It's tough to find a leotard with a snap crotch, so your selection will be more restricted. However, most guys and gals who wear leotards know the way to use the bathroom when the need occurs. For guys, typically you can slip the penis out to urinate. To deficate, you can pull the material to the side. Why worry about it anyways? If worse comes to worse, you just "undress" in the stall. The only place to get what you're looking for is a dancewear site. International Male used to sell these things, but no longer. You might find what you want on ebay, under "unitard" or "singlet."
