I have been dancing since 8 and started to wear a baltog dance belt when I passed grade 5 RAD and started pointe work. I have always wore a dance belt even when I am not dancing.(I don't wear underwear anymore, just dancebelts even when I go to sleep) If I may say, make sure the buttocks are clean and apply a bit of vasline.
