I have taken a numbe of classes wearing white ladies tights with a seam down the back of the leg. They feel great, I feel great and the girls in my class like the look. I also wear my leotard over my tights ladies style - I think it looks better >>>I also wear my leotard over tights. It holds the tights up and keeps the waistband from rolling.
