If your tights fall down, then make an elastic waistband and roll your tights around that around your waist. Either that or cut off the feet and roll them up to be knickers; then you'll need socks as well. Best to use men's Nylon socks. No one will laugh at you if you follow any of the above suggestions. Leotard over tights isn't so hot for men. And biker shorts over suntan tights is just so off-the-wall, it's not considered ballet attire. In general, stick to (men's) black or grey tights.
