The lubricant would escape and add to your problem, not to mention that your penis would be sharing the pouch of the dancebelt with a scrunched up latex tube. Icky AND uncomfortable! I confess that I have the problem with leakage, which I have solved by only wearing Capezio quilted dancebelts, or WearMoi dancebelts, which are padded. The quilting/padding are absorbent, so nothing ever makes its way out of the lining of the pouch. Also, these types of dancebelts smooth out my natural contours.
