The tringular piece on that dance belt is too far BACK if it is pinching... there can be two reasons for this... putting it on hurriedly.. or the belt is too small.. that particular damce belt has the thin back strap made of binding covered elastic and there is not a lot of stretch to it.. this can cause the "gusset" as that piece would be referred.... to be far back and too wide for the area in which it ends up.. thus causing the piching... try placing that area more front if you can or stretching out the back bound elastic to allow it to set more at the base of your genitals. The purpose of that pouch is to pull things up front and out of the wya and if the gusset falls just under your genitals it will keep everything in place and should feel a little more comfortable without pinching or chafing. other reason could be the issue of weraing your genitals pointing down, thus pushing the gusset too far back and pinching. If you are taller you may need to purchace a larger size and take in the elastic of the waist to compensate for the longer torso... there are a lot of fit factors to take into considerationand they all can make a difference in comfort.
