I know my buddies have luck with www.nydancewear.com.  Also I like www.renaissancedancewear.com.

Leotards shouldn't be a problem.  But I wonder when you ask for "Male Leotards."  In truth, I don't think any manufacturer makes leotards to the specifics of the male body.  Back in the sixties (GOD! Please! Am I that old!) Danskin made "male" dancewear, but I was always wondering if it wasn't the same as their female line.

Guys in dance get no respect....especiallly when it comes to dancewear.
