If you are not using your muscles correctly then your teacher needs to see it and correct you. Ask your teacher about this. (The teacher can see the ladies/girls legs through their semi-sheer pink tights). Check out some Dance Kinesiology. >I have to say my adult classes are strick too! If you see and color you don't see that person wearing it again. I have mostly black tights and white tops. I was asked to wear white tights every third class or so. Im not sure why?
