Dancebelts vary in their fit....depending on the brand, materials, etc. For example, I have a 33 inch waist. In the Capezio "comfort" dancebelt, I wear a large. However, in the Capezio quilted pouch dancebelt, I wear a medium. I have a few dancebelts from G-WIZ, and I wear their "medium." Maybe others can tell you their experience. I'm kind of interested in what you mean by "that enhanced look?" Specifically, what kind of look do you want to achieve? There are different ways to achieve different "looks."
