It is the kind with the quilted lining in the front. I am 13, got a small and it fits on my waist like it should. Very very tight. But after dancing in it for the first time i have some questions. And I got the thong style dancebelt at first it was very comfortable but afterwords It starte to feel like it was rubbing my crack raw. As I mentioned to you before, it takes awhile to get used to the unusual feeling of wearing a dance belt. Let me predict that in about a month or less, you'll feel a lot better about that thong.
