Tripp, I suggest a dress shield.  Despite the name, there is a version of this sold for men.  It's a crescent-shaped thick piece of cloth, usually cotton, that can be sewn into the armpit area of your shirt.  The purpose of it is exactly what you need - to absorb excess perspiration.  Ask your mother about it, or your company's wardrobe mistress or dresser.
