A tank footed unitard is the next closest thing. However, you may consider wearing womens tights (worn multi layered for maximum opaqueness). As suggested on another board by somebody, I wear the Nordstroms Encore (Plus Size!) regular microfibre tights and they are perfect. I can pull them with no effort clear up to my armpits. Soft, stretchy and extremely comfortable (wear the largest size, 3X). And they do not have that awful shine to them (I dance, they are excellent for ballet) and come in many colors. You can get them directly at Nordstroms hosiery (ask specifically for them), or you may also (from what I have heard) order them via the net at nordstrms.com ("contact us", ask them they are very helpful; tell them that you need to get these - "and can't seem to find them at the stores"; they can order them for you, BUT BE SPECIFIC!!!!).
