How successfull you'll be is anybody'sguess; some small towns have nothing, while others surprise you.The other possibility would be your own college, since manycolleges do have dance departments, & dance departments virtuallyalways include ballet. If you can manage it, the college route would be best, becauseyou'd be registering with others at approximately your own level.Other classes for adult beginners are nearly always "drop-in"classes, & this means you'll be surrounded by dancers with muchmore experience than you have, even though they're still nominally"beginners." That can be terribly discouraging, & the temptationto give it up as a mistake can be great. Harder to do if you'veregistered & paid a term's tuition. Hope this helps. Tom Parsons
