I've had experience with both Grishko and M.Stevens clothing.  I'm 6'1", 175lbs. and wear M.Stevens size large comfortably.  I can't really state on how the XL size would fit, only to say that M.Stevens stuff is designed to fit very snugly, and is preferred for performance wear.  The black and white limitations on colors are so that costume designers or individuals can dye the white whatever color they want using a home dye kit like RIT.

I've also ordered Grishko unitards through Dancechoice.com.  I received the "polyamide" clothing in size large (I agree, the customer service via email was very good).  While the fit was okay (a larger man could still very comfortably fit into the large), I don't believe the material they claim is "polyamide" is actually polyamide.  I know what polyamide weaves are like and the Grishko material looks, feels, and weighs very much like nylon/spandex and is quite a bit heavier weight than milliskin (for comparison).
