Actually, there are. They look like big legwarmers, but are shaped like a unitard. I tried one once, and they tend to be good at keeping you warm, especially when it's cold. I'd try N.Y. Dancewear to see what they have in stock, though they might be seasonal. Also, you might just try a tight sweater for now as a cheaper alternative.
